Execute them all!  What is the freaking holdup?  Like the terrorist that killed 13 at Fort Hood.  Quick trial....quick execution.

Death penalty??? I strongly believe in it after all resources are exausted in proving the party is 100% guilty of taking another person or persons life. The prisons are over crowed and on death row and the free moving citizens are paying for their keep, is this right?

The PA justice system has adopted the Fish & Boating Commission's "catch and release" program.  The Commonwealth should man-up and send our losers to Texas or other states where they are serious about felony crime.

I don't beleive in the death penalty. BUT, i do beleive that they should be made to wish they were dead. No visitation, they would work 12 hours a day and no outside world contact.  And when I say non I mean no reading, writing,TV, computer, radio , no music and no visitation rights. I mean none. No speaking except to a guard. If they would want to end their life I would give them a pill to do so.
I would have religous services for them standing in the court yard.

I would have that sheriff in Arizonia write the guide lines for the prison and design it.
