For those who had trick or treat last night, did you notice any decrease in the number of kids?  Perhaps it is just in my area that is somewhat close to some major roads.  Also, I noticed that a lot of people drove fast in the neighborhood.  This scared me and does scare me since our neighborhood has lots of kids and is rather dark in sections.  I personally try to avoid being on the road during trick or treat because of kids being excited and darting out into the road.  Just remember how we were when we were kids!
